Mon (9/7) 3mi run + 30min bike-
Tue (9/8) 40min bike + strength-
Wed (9/9) 3min run + 10min bike-
Fri (9/11) 6mi run- first real longer mileage run and it felt pretty easy.
Sat (9/12) 70min cross-
Sun (9/13) ice + roll-
Come on a Journey with me as I train to run a full 26.2mile Marathon. I have been an avid runner since 2005. From high school to college, and beyond. Over the years I have grown, improved- and experienced frustration. On this blog I will post my weekly running logs and other interesting articles related to my training.
