Fri (9/18) 9mi run- had to stop after each 3mi loop to use the bathroom. not sure what I ate that didn't agree with my intestines.
Sat (9/19) 70min cross
Sun (9/20) roll + ice
Come on a Journey with me as I train to run a full 26.2mile Marathon. I have been an avid runner since 2005. From high school to college, and beyond. Over the years I have grown, improved- and experienced frustration. On this blog I will post my weekly running logs and other interesting articles related to my training.
